Shining Stars at the Argentine ‘Breeder’s Cup’
The annual ‘Breeder’s Cup’ took place in October and La Tatabra had some stars that shined during the events.
Tatabra Prometeo
In the Breeder’s Cup II (six year olds), Tatabra Prometeo came in 2nd in the Show Jumping qualifiers for the final (to take place in November) and was crowned champion of the Breeder’s Cup Combinantion Cup – an award that rewards the best horse competing in both show jumping and dressage. Congratulations to Tatabra Prometeo and rider Ileana Rodriguez Rossi.

Tatabra Quax
In the Breeder’s Cup I (five year olds), Tatabra Quax was crowned Reserve Champion dressage. Under the ride of Fabian Sejanes, Quax performed beautifully, barely missing the top spot.

Quitender makes the finals of the ‘Young Horse Championships’
The 2009 Young Horse Championships have progressed throughout the year and the final event is reserved for those horses that have achieved a minimum of 8 events with no faults. The stud’s new stallion, Quitender (Quidam’s Rubin x Contender), ridden by Fabian Sejanes has managed to secure his place in the final scheduled for later this year.
